NAIL POLISH REMOVER INGREDIENTS

ETHYL LACTATE

Ethyl lactate is a mild smelling and biodegradable solvent that is responsible for the actual removal of nail polish from our nails (you simply cannot create nail polish remover without a solvent). Ethyl lactate is a monobasic ester formed from lactic acid and ethanol and is naturally found in foods such as various fruits and vegetables.

EUCALYPTUS GLOBULUS LEAF OIL**

Eucalyptus globulus is the main source of eucalyptus oil and a natural essential oil. There is a lot of research and information that suggests that this essential oil is also very good in terms of providing important nutrients to our skin. However, in our nail polish remover, the main function is fragrance.

PERSEA GRATISSIMA (AVOCADO) OIL*

Any solvent (including ethyl lactate) makes our nails and skin dry out easily. However, since a nail polish remover cannot be made without solvents, we decided to balance this with some moisturizing oils. We chose avocado oil because it does not have a very strong smell and because this oil is known to be one of the most effective oils to moisturize and nourish dry skin or nails.
